Michelle Trebert

Hello, I'm Michelle. I started at Lince Salisbury in 1983 and never left, which makes me the longest serving member of the team by some distance.

I look after the management accounting, the control of client statutory record maintenance, and debt collection. I also work across to Avenue Trust as Group Accountant, so I see both sides of the group and how clients move between the two firms.

Away from the numbers I organise the firm's charitable activities and our sports and social calendar, which is how I make sure everyone gets a decent amount of team building in and not just a drink afterwards.

Outside work I have two children and spend most of my spare time supporting them with their dancing and sport. I sit on the committee of ORCA Charitable LBG, which supports young people in Guernsey across all areas of the performing arts, and I work behind the scenes with GADOC. What time is left goes on friends and travelling.
